Fun at Camden Park

Celebrating the end of the school year, Mason and I went with Jodi (my coworker) and Connor (her stepson) to a fun-filled day at Camden Park. Here are some of the highlights. It was a hot one!

Caravan's

Mason has participated in our church's Caravan program all year. It's like Cub Scouts but is religious-based. Last night, they had a ceremony to give them all the badges they earned this year. He was awarded the most for his group - everything from Healthy Eating and Pray, to Friendships and Taking Care of Pets.

Field of Dreams

Mason and his baseball team got to go to the WV Power Park last week and run onto the field with the semi-pro players. They announced each of their names and ran out to their positions. Mason was teamed up with their right fielder. The kids had a blast!

Hired Help

We hired some help last week at the house. Real cheap. Free, actually. He was exhausted after sweeping the sidewalk for 5 minutes! Wait for two more years buddy - you'll be mowing the whole yard! HA!
